The security, reliability and quality of our products, test systems and digital solutions are a top priority for WEETECH. As part of our commitment to product security and cybersecurity, we encourage the responsible sharing of security-related information with customers, partners, researchers and other stakeholders.
This portal enables potential security-related findings or reports concerning WEETECH GmbH’s products and solutions to be submitted confidentially to our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).
Our PSIRT treats every report confidentially, assesses the reported information on a risk-based basis and coordinates the necessary investigation, remediation and improvement measures.
In accordance with the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act (EU) 2024/2847, we recommend that security-related reports be submitted, where possible, within 24 hours of discovery or becoming aware of the issue.
With your support, you are making an important contribution to the continuous development of product security and to the protection of customers, users, products and systems.
The more information you provide, the quicker we can carry out an assessment.
Please provide us with the following details, where available:
- Affected product, system or application
- Software, firmware or hardware version
- Serial number or identification number
- Date and time of discovery
- Description of the vulnerability or anomaly
- Potential impact on security and operations
- Emergency measures already taken
- Evidence such as screenshots, log files or error messages
- Information on whether the issue can be reproduced
Missing information does not prevent you from submitting a report. Please send your report to us immediately in any case.
To facilitate a thorough analysis and efficient handling, we recommend the following steps:
- Disconnect the affected system from the network where possible
- Do not open any suspicious attachments or links
- Do not carry out any deletion, repair or clean-up measures yourself
- To secure any existing evidence
- Notify WEETECH immediately
Making changes yourself may complicate the root cause analysis and the preservation of evidence. Please wait for further instructions from our PSIRT where possible.
WEETECH supports the responsible sharing of security-related information and welcomes reports that contribute to the continuous improvement of product security.
To enable efficient analysis and processing, we ask that you adhere to the following principles:
• Treat systems, data and services responsibly and respectfully at all times.
• Do not access, modify or delete any data without the appropriate authorisation.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of systems and applications.
• Do not use any tools or methods that could cause damage or affect the availability of systems.
• Report any security-related findings to WEETECH in confidence in the first instance, so that they can be properly assessed and addressed.
• Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinated and confidential communication enables our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) to carefully analyse reports and, where necessary, implement appropriate measures to further improve product security.
Confidential treatment
Please treat all information relating to a potential vulnerability as confidential and refrain from premature publication or disclosure.
This enables a structured and timely response, supports the implementation of appropriate protective measures and helps to ensure the security of affected products, systems and users to the greatest possible extent.

This reporting channel is intended solely for the submission of security-related anomalies and incidents.
Submitting a report does not entitle the reporter to any remuneration, engagement, disclosure of internal information or the implementation of specific measures by WEETECH GmbH.
All reports are reviewed by our PSIRT and assessed and processed in accordance with our product security procedures. Prioritisation is risk-based to ensure targeted and efficient handling.
