Remote

A test system can be operated by remote control—for example as part of a fully-automated production system. It receives information about the test program that needs to be used from the PLC* system (from an ERP* system eventually the test program itself) as well as the pulse to start or end an electrical test.

Vice-versa the test system can control external elements. For example, an adaption that builds the electrical connection between test system and unit under test (UUT) can be controlled and operated. In addition, finishing resp. reworking after the PASS resp. FAIL result can be initiated. In this case, the tester sends a pulse to the subsequent unit.

In WEETECH's test systems, the necessary input and output interfaces are provided by an optional remote interface.
