New service form for repair enquiries

A new service form for repair enquiries is now open to our customers and support partners. The form can be used to enter or upload repair requests and error logs in a self-explanatory manner.

The data is then transferred directly to our ticket system. The new, significantly simplified process reduces the workload on all sides and enables us to offer a faster and, above all, more accurate service.
