You would like to send a defective test system/ component for repair?
Please note the following steps first:
- Enter your company and contact details here and select “go to error description”
- On the next page you will find help for the diagnosis. The protocols can be attached in the next step
- Select the concerning test system and enter all details regarding serial numbers and software/firmware version, explain the error in the field “Error description” and upload the diagnostic files -> only one serial number may be entered for each test system and component per error description. If you have several serial numbers, please follow step 4
- Further error descriptions can be entered (“go to error description 2”). Repeat step 3 until you have entered all faulty components (max. 15)
- Submit the form – you will then be provided with the packaging guide
- After receiving the RMA form from our service department, defective components can be packed and sent to WEETECH together with the printed RMA form
