In WEETECH test systems different measuring units are installed in the switching matrix to measure different electrical values. Besides the known, programmed values, they build the basis for calculating additional values. It does not play any role, if the test point cards has a single point matrix or dual point matrix.
In combination with the measurement units, the test systems operate in the measurement mode.
Current measurement unit (CMU)

The phase angle between current and voltage at a programmed frequency is measured. The test system then determines resistance (R), inductance (L) and capacitance (C) from it - see RLC measurement. The RLC meter is mandatory for a component test verifying combinations of resistance, inductance and capacitance in the unit under test (UUT).
The comparator mode is not a real measurement unit, but it's still listed here for completeness. Through a comparison of actual values with known target values (e.g. programmed current or voltage from the integrated generator) it can qualitatively determine the achievement of a value.
